The location is great and well furnished but there is some faulty electrics. The power tripped twice during our two days stay! The first time it happened in the night while we were asleep so we didn’t know and only discovered when we woke up in the morning with no lights, no heating, and no hot water for a warm shower when it was around freezing temperature at the beginning of January in London! The second time it happened we were awake so switched the circuit back on except the lighting in the living room, kitchen, and main bathroom so we had to stay in the dark for a while. In addition, the second bedroom is very noisy from the cupboard full of equipments. It was disappointing having cold showers and having to spend time communicating the issues with the staff who kept asking what we had plugged in to trigger and asking us to unplug phone chargers when there was no problem with the sockets.

Unfortunately, our experience at Aeria Apartments was quite disappointing from start to finish. We had difficulties checking in, and when we called the host/property management for assistance, the woman we spoke with was quite rude and unhelpful. The apartment itself was also disappointing. There were strange stains and marks all over the floors, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Both beds were extremely uncomfortable, with very noticeable springs, making it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. One of the biggest issues was the shower. The water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There was no in-between, making it impossible to take a normal shower. We actually had to resort to using the sink to wash ourselves because the shower was completely unusable. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall, the apartment fell well below our expectations. Definitely would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this property.
