"There was nothing in the refrigerator, no water, juice or snacks ...etc and their parking was full so I had to park in a public park, the breakfast was very very poor although the restaurant staff was nice and I tipped them nicly. The bathroom tub was blocked and water remained not drained so we couldn't take our shower as they sent a technician late and we had to check out! The air condition was noisy as it is old! Overall it was a very bad experience and we will NEVER REPEAT IT when we are in Lanodon Canada."

"Rooms were very clean. I’m afraid that when we arrived there was 5 men free basing drugs outside the front door. It frightened us. The staff tried to take care of the situation by asking them to leave. Parking was fine it was underground but behind an automatic heavy gate. We couldn’t understand the staffs English. Breakfast we didn’t stay for. The area it’s located in is a frightening area."

"We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!"
