Our stay was great the hotel was as described, clean, tidy and the staff were polite and well presented. The lift was tiny and you would struggle to get a wheelchair in but overall it was worth the money

The hotel is located in a great area--safe, extremely convenient for all types of transport, major attractions close by, lots of dining options. Excellent Indian restaurant on site. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The property is not a fresh, new hotel, but has it's charms and is very clean.

There were issues with the air conditioning. The floor, bathroom lock, and TV were a little busted, but the shower water pressure and warmth were excellent. Overall nice stay. I would not stay here again. We booked a double room for one night. When we got there, all the double rooms were taken, even though we booked well in advance. They stuck us in the basement with a bunch of small beds. Weird smell, not clean. The energy just wasn’t good, and the staff really had nothing to say on why they overbooked the rooms and had to stick us in the basement.
