"Hotel areas were lovely but unfortunately the same can’t be said of the room. While we had a lovely view of the bridge, the entirety of the furniture had scuff marks surrounding them, there were marks down the walls above the beds, plus sockets didn’t work, cracks in the ceiling and brown marks above ..."

"The hotel charges for you to leave bags £10 per bag, that’s literally the first time I’ve ever come across this. The building and rooms are tired and dated. Staff brush you off to a computer check in which didn’t work. Really poor experience, avoid."
