"room was nice enough and clean however the shower rod was falling off the wall and the shower head had no way hanging on wall had to hold it while showering. Told front desk as I was checking out and the response was " yeah we been needing to fix it but we been busy""

"Hampton Inn & Suites Cashiers Sapphire Valley was top notch. The entire facility was updated and very clean. I was pleased with the staff as warm, welcoming, and helpful when asked about good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated. This hotel is located only a few miles from downtown Cashiers giving lots of things to do like visiting the historical Zachary-Tolbert House. I definitely recommend this place and will be back as we usually travel to this area every other year. Highly recommend. "
