"Beautiful in the beachfront lobby. We booked the beach house. Close to the beach. The walls are thin. We heard everything from our neighbors. Some loud conversations past 10pm. Our aIr condition was extremely loud and right on the sleeper next to it. The bed was creaky. We had a great price for LBI, but we would not spend a dime more during the popular season. Owners are wonderful. Complimentary coffee, beach chairs, and towels. We had a great weekend , but no sleep. "

"Super clean. Very nice room. Nice shower. We were in a room in the back on the ground floor. We had a little table and chairs both inside and outside. The bed was actually quite comfortable and I never feel like a bed is comfortable. They made it super easy to get to the room and it was even ready earlier than check in time which was nice since it was only an overnight stay. We would definitely stay there again. "
