"The hotel location is close to the beach. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. They paid close attention to service and they were really polite and helpful throughout. The room, beach view room, was nicely decorated and clean. We actually got a trip back to Ho Chi Minh free of charge using their shuttle service, mentioned to us at check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food, very good service throughout. I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you Vias Hotel; you were excellent."

"The entire staff is extremely helpful. They go above and beyond at succeeding customer expectations. I really respect the hard work and determination of everyone learning English. All of you are doing very well. English is a very hard language to learn and people living in America also find it challenging to learn. Be proud of your hard work:). "My stay here in 2026 was alright. The pool located on the beach was taken away, as that was the main attraction of this hotel when I stayed here in 2024. For a $400/night stay here for the 2 bedroom suite, we called for 4 bottles of water (less than $1 market price) and was told it would cost $10 to bring it to our room. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff was a mixed bag. View is nice. Paid pretty much for the view."
