"Clean, newly renovated but bathroom needed some attention (ceiling damage in bathroom from some apparent plumbing issue in the room upstairs & the shower curtain rod was an eye sore—poorly installed/fixed). There was plenty of parking, but no parking tags were issued though so anyone could park there I guess (not just guests). And that I see as a security issue. And during our brief 1 night stay, other guests (in rooms right next to us) were “partying” till wee hours of the morning & I needed to tell them about it. We almost went home at 2am instead of staying the rest of the night. (I should’ve called the front desk I suppose, but after I told the guests about it, it was better & I was eventually able to fall asleep!!). I gave a 4 rating however because it was so clean, up to date & the lady at the front desk was great & very friendly! Would go back again & give it another “chance”."

"We booked hotel for 3 nights, we paid extra for a second room with bunk beds. On second night at 10 pm to 1 am we had about 20 kids, not joking next room to us screaming, not sleeping, running out of room and running through out the hallway non-stop. My young son could not sleep. We called expedia and were promised to get our money back if we check out 1 day before. Third night we didn't stay there, because I needed a place to sleep and work from. Guess what, we didn't get our money back. This not our fault but we need our money back. Even though the people that work there at the front desk, very polite and nice but the management - hm, we need our money back for third night. We came to your place multiple times, this is not a good way to do business. I will never go back to this unethical place who doesn't respect their customers."

"Me and my family drove there for hours, just for them to tell us the have a power shortage on half there resort and the main attraction wont be open. They offered me a rain check, obviously I could no do that due to driving hours with multiple kids in the car. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS RESORT AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND YOU WASTE YOU TIME GOING TO SEE. The staff disregarded us in line went around us to attend to another customer when we were in line. I also booked two rooms and the second building looked like a run down hostile that should be on a scary movie. They would not even upgrade the second room cause they were booked, but no cars in the parking lot. They stated the power outage happened in the morning time. Our check in time was 4:00pm. I think it was more then enough time to contact me and let me know what was going on to see if I could have a refund due to THERE NATURAL DISATER PROBLEM! THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL. IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY. NEVER AGAIN!"

"The room was dirty and reeked of cigarettes, even though I had requested a non-smoking room. During our stay, no one came to even make the bed—let alone do any cleaning. The only thing that was done was the towels were replaced. The breakfasts left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were made from powdered eggs—it was dreadful. There was a complete lack of vegetables and very little variety in the food selection."
