"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

"Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Clean but its run by robots. Totally over automated and difficult to get into. Its like a sadistic puzzle. No staff on hand. Caretaker man is vey helpful but agrees with guesta that it is a terrible place. Residents wandering around in the foyer, asking each other where everything is ,and how this works and how that works. Designed by robota who have never me a human from Planet Earth. Avoid this place."

"The Novina sleep inn was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was very fresh and had delicious options. It was peaceful at night and was conveniently located in a shopping center with a bakery cafe, grocery and convenience store. It was only 5 minutes from downtown. We were very comfortable during our stay and would highly recommend it. It was a great value for the price. "
