The hotel maintains cleanliness both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are tidy and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The female staff member at the front desk provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant. Overall, it's a great place to make a reservation.

GREAT HOTEL IN SOCAL

The quality and cleanliness you get for the money is insane. This is an easy permanent fixture of your stay for visiting LA. It’s close to the 101 and shopping, the rooms are well maintained and I would say luxurious for the budget conscious. You can’t do better for what you’re getting for the price in LA.

Small convenient hotel. Clean and well stocked with toiletries and coffee. The rooms facing the street are very noisy, relatively easy to fix with double panel windows

Nice place. Not a chain and in the good ways. Easy to find, access, and park. A few small restaurants and stores just steps away. Ice maker did not work though.

The property is conveniently located close to shopping centers and one of the Worlds most popular tourist attractions like Universal Studios, Westfield Topanga Village Shopping Mall, public transportation hubs and many culturally exotic and trending dining spots. It offers friendly and clean environment. I would recommend it for short term stays and occasional overnights

Good budget pick in the west valley. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, but there isn’t much of interest in the surrounding blocks. The free breakfast seemed to be cold cereal, bread, juice and milk, but I didn’t even bother doing more than looking in the window. The rooms are surprisingly nice and the wifi is fast and reliable.

The breakfast room need attention. Is normally Hot and the food looks old The bread looks old - no cream cheese and no good for visiting the breakfast Room. Looks like is for homeless ☺️

Comfy beds

Very comfortable beds and remodeled furnishings and bathroom. No hot water in the fancy new shower, it got to Luke warm but no hotter. AC controls were so badly worn the buttons were broken and indistinguishable, but the staff came up and were able to get it going. Over priced but adequate place to stay.

Overall acceptable. Housekeeping was fine, but room had a badly stained sofa. And one white wall was painted oddly with red brush marks. Unpleasant smoking outside when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, nice clean bathroom and a refrigerator. Parking was good. Staff was efficient.

The people who work here are very kind. But, this is not a non smoking room. Ice machine is broken. Vending machines too. It’s hard to breathe in this room.
