The staff and location made this dilapidated hotel delightful. I walked my dog to a park on the water across the street which was gorgeous at sunset. The sunsets were breath taking. The hotel is old but we were not there to hang out at the hotel. But when we did have a few hours, we gathered in the cupola near the pool and it was a delightful space to chat.

My trip was last minute for an event so didn't make a lot of use of the hotel amenities onsite. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel located on the PCH with restaurants and shops very close by. My requirement was for a clean place to crash before and afyer the event. The property met my basic requirement.

Nice stay

Staff was friendly and location was nice. Close to mother’s beach and seal beach. The place is nothing fancy and you can tell it’s older but is a good value for the price. Has a cute courtyard and nice pool
