As a lovely surprise they even offered my daughter and me a complimentary room upgrade free of charge when we checked in which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at IBIS Brisbane hotel for such a positive and welcoming experience. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again.
