"Driving in and out of the hotel lot was very dangerous. It was very difficult to make a left turn across the lanes of highway traffic. The condition of the hotel was okay. The trash bins were always full and needed attention. The staff was very nice and friendly. "

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."
