"Clean and nice hotel that is well-kept. Front desk staff was friendly both times we stayed. Room was nice, had everything we needed, and was quiet. It was easy to control the temperature, and beds were comfortable. The location is a close drive to several concert venues and close to food options, downtown, etc."

"Clean, Safe, and Comfortable. Great Staff with refreshments offered in the lobby. Having a small restaurant in-house for good food was def a plus as well. Parking was safe with Valet and offered without for less. Worth the peace of mind. Thank you! We’ll stay here again if we have an opportunity."

"Excellent from start to finish! Check-in process efficient, room was spotless and VERY comfortable, WIFI worked great, elevators were fast and smooth. Only downside was VALET-ONLY parking ($59). Hotel is a 2-block walk from 16th Street Mall and 20 minute walk to Union Station. We'd definitely use this hotel again. "
