"I travel about 100 days a year, so I rarely review hotels because I would always be doing it, but Hotel Jakarta is unique and special. Awesome staff, great design, beautiful views from the rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer.

"Stopped in room 22 and the room and view was outstanding the only negative as it the only room on ground floor level to the bar u get to hear cleaners around 6am coming and going outside our door but id definitely stop again might ask for a room higher or bring my ear plugs :) "
"Having stayed in several Doubletree hotels,this one was no exception in that,from the start,we were made to feel welcome Always greeted with a smile and there were 3 girls in particular who would serve us a coffee or a drink in the smaller bar after dinner who were especially kind. I know one was called Nadia and the other one was still at college but keen to get into hospitality and open her own bar one day .The third was a lovely small girl of chinese descent i think. Really the kind of people you want to see at front of house when you come in from the rain.
All in all a wonderful city well worth a visit.
