"The hotel amazing very beautiful, I had an issue with our room when we first check in and the staff didn’t hesitate in moving us to another room. They took care of everything. The beds incredibly comfortable. They have a pillow menu and provided me with extra pillows for comfort. Breakfast buffet very high end spread of delicious foods, lots of choices. Even the grumpy chef they had preparing your eggs was entertaining. But thankfully they had so many other options and we didn’t have to worry about the grumpy chef making our eggs. The staff ever helpful and polite. I just had an unwelcome experience. Every country I went would be happy to refill our water flasks, so I was disappointed in the hotel’s bar when they charged me 2 euros to refill my water. That’s the only complaint I would have. Other than that we had a great stay. I would come back again. Great location walking distance from Stephenplatz, bus stops, and other wonderful and beautiful tourist areas."

"The breakfasts here were great. Buffet with eggs, cheeses and meats. The building is definitely dated and no a/c. The first night we were on the 6th floor, elevator only goes to 5th. So lugging bags a floor. Pretty hot first night. The staff were very helpful and got us moved to 2nd floor. Real Keys that you had to leave at front desk when you left. Other than these things it was a good place to stay."

"Good value for a short stay. Room was spacy and very clean, air conditioning, free coffee/tea, pleasant staff. The neighborhood is a bit borderline, but that's what you get near the main train station. Walking distance for downtown and old city."

"Pros: location, great staff, rooms were clean & well designed. 1st is close to train terminal on a quiet side street. S8 is easy to take from here. It has a nice patio and bar. Staff were attentive & kept my bags for most of the day while I was in Innsbruck. I’m so glad I came across with this boutique hotel while looking to add an extra night to my stay in Munich. I wished I had stayed my 3 other nights here. The only downside was that they didn’t serve food at the bar."

"My stay was for one night as I was in route to Zurich. However, I’d stay at this hotel again anytime, especially because of the amazing staff at the front desk. I had the pleasure of being assisted by both Alex and Luis whom both provided knowledgeable intel about the surroundings of the area, and even where to shop for good quality souvenirs. To Alex and Luis, thank you very much for all your help and guidance. The entire property, or at least the areas visited, were nicely cleaned and modernized."
