"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Lovely apartment, clean & cosy. Well equipped & wonderfully comfortable bed & good shower. It’s well located in a nice area & good for getting No 8 bus back from the city. Host communicated well with us too. Only down side which isn’t within host control was noisy students congesting outside for an hour each evening once the pub at the end of the road closed . This wouldn’t put us off staying again . "

"Great location in the centre of Bath close to shops and restaurants. Newly refurbished with great facilities such as fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Though, issues with entrance and door locks. Room door very fiddly and got locked in a few times. All doors difficult to operate. For this reason, we wouldn’t stay at this property again."

"A charming hotel that is centrally located. A good variety of food products at breakfast. The service from the waiting team is fantastic. We stayed in the Executive King room. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely shower and had good quality towels. People on the Reception desk were very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage with them before we departed. Self check in and check out was easy and straightforward. Would return to the Clayton Hotel."
