"Great they were able to accommodate us and change our room. Overall the hotel is great and in a great location. Not a noisy area and had no problems sleeping in. Free water bottles to go and the coffee machines made great coffee. "

"Stayed for 2 nights, they were very late making my room up on the 1st day. Even though I was out of the room for the better part of the day. I am an early riser, went down for coffee a few minutes after opening (literally had been waiting for hours) and when ordering a cappuccino, staff literally waved me off saying it was ‘too early” for specialty drinks, and handed me a house coffee.. little off putting. "
