When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. It was so hot we could not sleep that night."

"We went to dining area for dinner. Were told they were closed& were offered a bar menu. No thank you. If I wanted to eat at the bar, that is where I would have gone. No breakfast offered by 11am on May 11. Did not have an opportunity to use our $15 per day. "

The shuttle to downtown was great and the drivers - esp Jeffrey! And the food and drinks at Yellowfin Restaurant was amazing!
