"I couldn't spend the night there because I'm allergic to pets, and they were all over the building, and the strong smell of their bodily functions (urine and feces) prevented me from sleeping there."

"The rooms were dirty, looks like they didn’t sweep the floors, also when my children got done at the pool I had to dry our room floor the towels turned black from the floors… bathroom ceilings leaking, toilet wouldn’t flush was told they couldn’t do anything unless I checked out, the security guard and the bar manager were really nice and they apologized and said it was an embarrassment for that to happen. The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual rooms "

"The room didn’t match the photos or description. It was poorly maintained and unclean. I contacted the hotel and Expedia, but they didn’t do anything. Not recommended. I left the property and I did not receive a refund "

"Our room was not that clean, the entry tile floor into our room was so covered in something it was incredibly oily and slippery- my child fell twice. The curtain didn’t open- it was permanently broken down. The door had a 2” gap on the bottom and you could see into hallway, didn’t feel comfortable so we put a towel down. Someone did loud and big fireworks so late a night in the parking lot. An employee at the front desk had a dog that was barking at guests coming and leaving with breakfast. For what we paid, feeling ripped off! Super uncomfortable all around. "

"Breakfast was good. The staff member that was working at the check in desk on Sunday evening 3/29/26 was very nice & helpful. The housekeepers and the ones setting up the breakfast greeted us and was very nice as well. "
