"The room was very spacious, clean, a nice atmosphere with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The room also had a couple of extra pull-out tables to use. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast that was put out each morning near the lobby. The location of the hotel was great. There is a steak house right next door, which is only a few steps away. There is also a theater, ice cream shop, and a convenient store all within walking distance. We felt safe and secure knowing that the room key was needed to operate the elevator to get to our floor. Only lets you access the floor your room is located on. A smart system which we experienced for the first time. All in all a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We would stay here again in the future. "

"Well it was fairly clean n check in was easy but i did the precheck in before i got here. Quiet place for sure. Im just traveling from seattle to cleveland looking for decently priced hotels.. this one fit the bill.."

"This hotel is very clean and located near nice shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and we liked the floor plan (room with king size bed). The hotel has many amenities and a nice restaurant area and bar. They also serve Starbucks 24/7. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. This hotel is not located in a large metropolitan city, so therefore, parking is not at a premium. It didn't make any sense to me and truthfully irritated me. Just add the extra cost onto the room so you don't run the risk of upsetting your customers. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. "
