"A very nice hotel in the heart of Hollywood. The room and staff are great. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Parking is expensive but not any different than other parts of the city. There is a large reasonably convenient nonaffiliated parking structure next to the hotel that is $25 per day for self parking."

"Definitely a stylish hotel with cool decor. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Free breakfast was included, on the roof, which was pleasant. Our room had a view of the Hollywood sign (in the distance) which we loved. On the downside, the rooftop bar is only open Thurs-Sat. It was not clear when the downstairs restaurant/bar was open. It was closed on a Monday when we were there. As women travelers, we did not feel safe walking to a restaurant in the area at night (but Uber/Lyfts were ample!). At any rate, it's an Argentinian steakhouse so the options were not very broad unless you like a lot of grilled meat. There was a general lack of attention to detail in the room-- the room phone would not connect to the front desk, a light was out, an outlet did not work, and the wifi password was not shared in the room. If you're used to really nice hotels, you might feel some rub, but if you aren't bothered by the little things, you'll enjoy your time here."

"This was a reasonably priced room. The location is great if you want to walk to Hollywood blvd. You will need to drive about 10 mins to Universal Studios. We just paid for an uber roundtrip which was cheaper than paying the parks $40 parking fee. When we arrived they did not have parking available for us in their hotel lot. They only have 14 spots for 40 rooms. But they do have parking for $25 at the mall which will be a 15 min walk / process . We were able to get parking the next day at the hotel for $22. The room is very spacious. It’s not fancy but comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet - only heard a siren & loud racing engine once thru the night. Breakfast is offered and it was PACKED first thing in the morning . Everyone getting up and out for the day. The line was long. They have a staff member doing her best to help everyone quickly with bagel and waffle orders. There is limited seating. We ate on the patio. It’s a carb breakfast (cereal, toast, bagels, waffles). We needed protein!! We didn’t have breakfast the 2nd day because of this. But if you like a bagel or waffle you will be satisfied. There were apples and oranges too. Nice to take on the go. The two male front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. There are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Park in front of hotel to load & unload luggage and then move your car to parking lot or garage."

"Amazing staff and perfect family hotel for exploring Hollywood. Free sodas, ice cream, snacks and of course the legendary popsicle hotline. Nice to have a room with microwave and oven so we could cook for ourselves (there is a Target 10min walk away). Rooms are looking a little tired but that shouldn’t impact the overall experience."

"The location of this hotel was perfect, and it was a short walk to everything we needed. Having the laundry in the room was great, especially as we were there for a week. The room and property itself was clean, but the sidewalk outside the fence was not. Regularly we had to step over garbage and waste to leave, and there was a pile of trash there for several days (not the property’s fault, but still worth noting). The codes on all the doors were a bit confusing and sometimes difficult to use. Overall we had a good stay!"
