"Our stay had multiple issues. The hot water was not working even after letting it run for a long time, and the maintenance response felt dismissive. We also had repeated problems with the A/C showing an “E1” error and shutting off, including in the middle of the night. Although it was reset, the issue continued. One staff member who came to assist was also rude and did not communicate with us. Additionally, one bathroom sink was nearly broken and the other was clogged. That said, the food was good and other staff around the hotel, especially in the restaurants, were friendly and helpful. However, the room issues and service we experienced made the stay disappointing overall."

"I’ll be honest: when I first arrived, I wasn’t sure this resort was for me. I’ve never stayed at an all‑inclusive before, so I didn’t have anything to compare it to, and the first impression didn’t immediately “wow” me. But once I settled in — and especially once I experienced the VIP level — the trip completely turned around. Even though the weather was mostly cloudy during the day and it rained at night, it stayed warm and we still made the most of everything. In a way, the quieter vibe actually made the whole stay feel more relaxing. The real standout was the VIP treatment. If you’re staying as a VIP (or renting from someone who has VIP access), they truly treat you like royalty. We were upgraded to a beautiful villa with its own private pool, which made a huge difference. Having a golf cart to get around the property was incredibly convenient, and the private chef who came to our villa to make breakfast was one of the highlights of the entire trip. Our concierge checked in with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, and that level of attention made the stay feel much more personalized. Overall, once I got into the rhythm of the resort and experienced the VIP side of things, I ended up really enjoying the trip. If you’re considering staying here with VIP benefits, the upgraded amenities and service elevate the whole experience."

The staff were consistently professional, warm, and genuinely accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Our room was spotless, with a perfectly comfortable bed and an ocean-view balcony that made each morning feel special. Waking up to that view alone was worth the trip. The food was equally impressive—both the buffet and the specialty restaurants offered exceptional quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to and well worth the cost of our stay. A special thank you to Lucy at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. "This place is incredible I highly recommend it, if you are looking to stay at a calm , relaxing and peaceful place. The music is pleasant and relaxing never loud or overwhelming. Chill vibes for families and a sense of safety. If you are looking for rest/relaxation please book now. Its so beautiful with a variety flowers and tropical plants throughout the entire property and a pristine beach everything is well maintained. I stayed at a tiny house right in front of the beach the porch outside is very cute and the rooms are large air conditioned and fashionably decorated, simply and beautifully decorated and they are also available to bring drinks on request to the beach. They have a small shop with cute beach clothes and artisan made purses, bracelets and some bathing auits, toothpaste, pads, flip flops ,toothbrushes. I loved every minute and spent most of my time at the beach where they have ample hammocks and palm covered coves for beach chairs and wood tables to place drinks in.I'd like to have my wedding here and will be returning and staying longer <3. Ruth our server was really sweet and friendly, the staff is doing great work. The only recommendation would be a dedicated house for hair-dos and make up to take photos. One staff available that does hair in one of the little houses and make up for photos. Also I didnt ask service or childcare options but since its a small place I dont know if available. Thank you for this beautiful place."

"AMAZING staff, great food, very very clean. Plenty of activities, beautiful beach. The facilities are a little dated, but VERY well maintained. Welcoming and friendly environment. Talented entertainment staff. Just fyi, there's sometimes a towel shortage, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. There's an adult-only pool and bar."
