It was a lovely place. I left my AirPods in the room and when I messaged the owner she was able to locate them right away and kept it safely with them till I was able to go back and pick it up. Room was lovely and comfortable.

Stayed here for our last night at Dublin, near airport. Very nice place, practical location with good towns/restaurants nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would repeat as an option flying out early AM from Dublin.

OUTSTANDING! Loved staying here! The place is impeccable and our hosts world-class! 5 out of 5 stars! A credit to Ireland! Breakfast in the morning; is a perfect way to start the day! Some caveats: you'll need a car because this place is a bit rural. The town of Lusk is about a 5-minute drive. The airport is just a 20-minute drive. The train station to Dublin is about 7 minutes by car. The train takes about 25 minutes to get to Dublin; easy travel. Newgrange and Battle of the Boyne: an easy 30-minute drive.

Lovely room for our family!
Perfect stay for our family! Loved that there was a room big enough for us and our kids. Very clean and nice furnishings. Modern shower with plenty of hot water!

I like that it was only a 25 minute drive to Dublin . It is a bed and breakfast type location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a traditional Irish breakfast and it was $12.50 per person.

Exceptional. We loved Hillview House.
A wonderful three-night stay in a beautiful two bedroom self-catering apartment. We did not require any breakfasts but one morning some breakfast foods were shared with us, which was appreciated and delicious. Dreamy sleeps. In the country, so it was very quiet most nights. Beds and bedding were so comfortable. Bathrooms spacious. Lots of room for four adults to move around. Close to train station in Lusk and a quick, easy trip to Dublin. We found Skerries very busy, with impossible parking and zero tables available to eat lunch/dinner, so we spent more time in Lusk or cooked dinners ourselves. Loved the Lusk Lidl store. It has everything you need and about 10 mins. away. 25 minute drive to the airport/car return. (Did a practice run in the daylight). You do need a car to stay here and GPS coordinates to find it. Nothing is within walking distance, which was fine for us, seeking a true get away. A suggestion may be to add instructions to the binder for using the washer/dishwasher/appliances for those travelling from North America with entirely different set ups. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Katie was extremely helpful from the get-go. We were staying one night before leaving very early next day for the ferry. Katie arranged for a packed breakfast. The early check-in of 2pm was extremely helpful to us as we had travelled from Galway the day we stayed and were able to relax before a whole day's travelling the next day. Rooms were excellent - clean and comfortable.

Perfect home
We stayed here on our last night in Ireland. We stayed in the family room with 4 beds and it was just perfect. Very clean and spacious, nice restaurants near by, plenty of parking and very easy trip to the airport in the morning. Host was very helpful in every way.

The owners are super welcoming and friendly. The location is peaceful and beautiful and within a 5 minute drive from a small town (Skerries) that has plenty of restaurants and a beautiful beach. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for everyone. Well worth the stay outside of Dublin and making day trips into the city. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Booked two rooms at Hillview House for the last night of a family trip to Ireland. Perfect location to end our trip. Host were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and hosts were very attentive. Easy commute to airport.

Good Location North of the Airport
Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was a great location 20-30 minutes north of the airport to stay one night before our flight out. The electric tea kettle was helpful for early morning coffee. Wish we could have enjoyed breakfast onsite, but it started at 8 am (after we departed).

Overnight stay at HIllview House
We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hillview House although we did not spend a great deal of time there as it was a pit stop before getting an early ferry the next day. The family room worked great for us as a family of 5. Plenty of space and all in the same room but the parents bed was across from the kids through an open alcove so we had a bit of peace. Katy was super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It was expensive for one night's stay so that is the only negative. About twice the price of a similar room that we stayed at one year previously in a more central location. Staying in and around Dublin is becoming prohibitvely expensive now.

We booked this B&B because we had an early flight out of Dublin and we wanted to be close to the airport. The location certainly delivered convenience from this aspect. We were pleasantly surprised by the rest of our experience. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The cost was reasonable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to buy a drink on premise without having to go out. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the way to the airport I highly recommend this B&B.
