Excellent hotel. Old but well maintained and classy in a way. You have to stay here to appreciate what it has to offer.

Quality lodging and quality people!! Staff were generous with their knowledge and assistance and just all around great people! Toilets were very clean and air conditioned, and they even change your towels daily! Very convenient walk from the train station Room was slightly warm and stuffy but one really can’t complain

It was very close to the main station and very convenient

Nice comfortable accomodation. Short bus ride to town centre. Helpful friendly staff.

The room amenities and location was excellent

Great location right next to Grindelwald Terminal and the Eiger Express cable car station, friendly and welcoming staff, and nice hot breakfast!

The bed was super comfy, the bathtub was overlooking the window with the mountain/glacier view, room is big, lights were adjustable to how bright or dim u want them, breakfast has quite a good spread, staff were cheerful and helpful, there was 2 complimentary welcome drinks... I can go on more but.. I'll let u experience it for yourself! Superb for couples! Worth every penny!!
