"Hotel is good, nice and clean. Breakfast spread was good. 12 mins walk from the luzern train station. On the check out day, hotel helps to keep the luggage but only till 6 pm, which was little strange so plan it accordingly for your outward journey."

"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."
