"Room is very clean, beds are soft and fuzzy, all staff are very polite and helpful , It has all the fancy food restaurants within the building with lots to chose from,free breakfast was excellent with many food choices, the Casino is a plus for entertainment, and it is very close to Naia (airport)...Will stay there again...."

"My wife and I stayed here for one night after a long flight to decompress before traveling the rest of the way home to Laguna. The facilities, staff, cleanliness, everything was exactly what we would expect from a quality hotel. The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. This is a massive hotel. We did not try any of the amenities due to the one night stay and we opted to order food in rather than pay the higher prices at the in house restaurant. The next morning we took a short grab ride to the Mall of Asia. The hotel has shuttles that go to the mall but we wanted to get there a little earlier. Overall we would recommend this hotel as a great option for couples and families."

"Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived."
