Disappointing service. Room was not ready and we had to wait. Even after we got in room had not been serviced properly. Then in the restaurant we waited a very long time for a simple meal and finally had to leave. They delivered it to our room. Place seemed disorganized. Not like other Sheratons we have stayed in.

Like: Friendly and attentive staff. Didn't Like: The bathroom. For a family with kids, I wished that the bathroom did not have "glass doors and walls". The bathroom seemed to be designed more for couples, not for families.
