Beautiful Hotel in all aspects.

Beautiful place to stay. The hallways and our room smell so clean , ALL DAY !!! The poolside is so beautiful . Checking in and checking out were so smooth and fast . All the staff are so polite and accommodating. To top these all, our room was upgraded to poolside upon checking - in at no extra cost. Definitely, i’ll stay in this hotel if I come back to the Philippines.

Excellent hotel!

Check in process was quick with a very friendly and professional front staff. Rooms were clean and very good-excellent condition. They used glass water bottles with refillable shampoo, hand soap, body lotion dispensers and I applaud them for that. Toilet was Toto with bidet. Checkout was just as seamless. Front desk was also excellent at responding back for an item I left at the hotel. Excellent.

Probably the best hotel experience in Manila

Probably one of the best if not the best properties in Manila, the staff starting from the security people, the concierge staff, the amazing reception staff and throughout the entire hotel and related services of the hotel and City of Dreams Manila complex, all were more than amazing, welcoming, their hospitality is immaculate. Rooms were perfect, all was clean and tidy, coulndt see one thing that wasn't flow less. Highly recommended hotel, ill definitely come back in my next visit!!
