The place was amazingly located in the city centre, with short walking distances to the metro, supermarkets, and other shops. Also the hosts were absolutely helpful and friendly.

チェックイン無事終了すれば、滞在は快適

シニア夫婦１０泊。ホテルのようなフロントがない。チェックインは、予約後、施設とメール等で直接やり取りする必要がある。今回は教えてもらった歴史的建物のドアコードで中に入り階段登り口で迎えてもらった。階段を上った２階（仏式１階）に事務所あるが、ドアは閉まっているのでインターファンで連絡する。昼頃ベットメーキングがあるので、その時、コミニュケーションできる。できればフランス語の方が通じやすい。私たちは語学出来ないので、片言英語とジェスチャー、フランス語メモで何とか過ごした。 部屋は広く清潔で快適。キッチンも調理器具、食器揃っている。従事者の方は親切。立地良く、観光、街歩き、ほとんど徒歩圏。スーパー、パン屋も近くにある。ベット２台を事前リクエストしていたら、グレードアップしていただき 大変快適に過ごすことができた。ありがとうございました。

Happy camper!

Initially I was concerned with the location but it turned out to be the best. It is close to the Metro, Buses and everything. It was good to have all of the restaurants and cafes in Bellacour, and the Market by the Rhone was awesome. We were there for the Final of the Women World Cup - it all worked out just fine Olivier was great, very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, plenty of space, friendly staff, and in a great centralized location. Overall a wonderful stay. I would have booked again for the rest of my stay, but they were booked up. I would definitely recommend the Avy Residence to anyone visiting Lyon and would stay again if I return. Merci beaucoup!

Attention au bruit sur les chambres qui donnent face à l'école il n'y a pas que le bruit du personnel et des élèves mais également des portes coulissantes ou porte normale qui sont en métal et qui font du bruit mais également la montée d'escalier de l'immeuble est très brillante les étages en dessus également. La porte d'entrée en bois c'est elle-même aussi du bruit la nuit. En revanche la propreté elle part fait le service rendu et au top Pascale et sa fille sont vraiment très disponible c'est un réel plaisir.

L'albergo è vicino al centro e pulito. Manca una reception per trovare qualcuno in caso di bisogno. Il problema della mancanza di un posto auto porta a girovagare tutte le sere per cercare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Quarto amplo, decoração moderna e de bom gosto, muito limpo e bem aproveitado. A cozinha poderia ser melhor equipada com uma cafeteira e um forninho elétrico, mas tudo funcionava muito bem e o micro-ondas quebrou o galho. Bem localizado. Ótima relação custo/benefício Voltaria com certeza.

Der Empfang zur vereinbarten Zeit klappte schlecht und das Grand Lit ist für zwei nicht mehr jung Verliebte eher schmal. Zimmer auch zum Innenhof tagsüber wegen Kindergarten eher lärmig. Nur rein französische Fernsehkanäle, auch ohne Radioempfang. Gute Lage direkt bei der Fussgängerzone, schönes Ambiente, nette 'Vermieterin'.

Appartment in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Das Appartment ist geräumig und zweckmässig ausgestattet - Bügeleisen und -brett sogar vorhanden, leider fehlt der Föhn. Die Rue Auvergne ist eine ruhige Strasse in einer guten Wohngegend, unweit vom Platz Bellecour, somit hervorragende Anbindung an Metro und alle wichtigen kleinen Läden sind um die Ecke. Dank der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Estelle fanden wir ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der Nähe ohne Touristenrummel. Die Wohnungsübernahme nach Absprache war problemlos. Wir (Alter 60+) empfehlen die Residence gerne weiter.

Citytrip Lyon

Citytrip in het aangename en fiets vriendelijke Lyon. Kookgrief was te weinig, geen fatsoenlijke pan of casserol. Ligging is prima. Vlak aan een autovrije winkelstraat. Dus veel winkels in de directe omgeving. Heerlijke bakker vlak naast de deur. Metro station op 150 m. En verschillende fietsstations (stadsfietsen,een zeer goed uitbebreid en klant vriendelijk systeem) waaronder er eentje vlak aan het hotel.

Апартаменты в Лионе

Улица, параллельная "пешеходной" Виктора Гюго. Грязненькая, как и во всех городах Франции. Дом рядом ремонтируется. Апартаменты - один этаж жилого дома. В нашем номере окна выходили на Лицей и детский сад. С 7 часов детский ор, сопоставимый с работой двигателей самолета на форсаже. Внизу стоял столик для местных. Ну они там пили и беседовали часов до 2-х ночи, правда всего один раз за неделю. Персонал - отличные девчата. Помогут, уберут и т.п. А так... "система коридорная", только уборная своя, правда не закрывается и нет крючка для душа. Да! Холодильник так трещит, что спать проблематично.
