8.4/10 Very good! (1,004 reviews)
This is sort of an odd hotel. We like quirky boutique hotels, but this one is uneven at best. Great location but rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. We moved to a quieter inside room the second night. No Kleenex in first room but two boxes in second. No toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the second even though the maid had alerted the staff. Very loud creaky floors. Elaborate showers with two shower heads for couples but little water pressure. A window into the room so others can watch you shower. The continental breakfast consists of soggy croissants, corn flakes, sweet yogurt, and canned fruit cups. Some folks seem to love it, but we won’t be back. The staff we dealt with were very nice.

"A super location, of course. The room was quiet with very comfortable beds. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The Concierges were very helpful and ready with maps. The room amenities were as promised. Our only issue was with the coffee maker which had to cool down after each brew, not convenient ..."
