This is such a great spot to stay if you plan on exploring the city. Right across the street is the AirPort Express bus, which is so convenient. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great and spacious. A wonderful spot for a solo traveler. Would stay here again when I comeback.

The room was spacious and functional. For a downtown hotel, our room was relatively quiet. The location was convenient, close to major cultural activités. The amenities were above par (access to free washing machines and dryers surprised us). Desk staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

It is an old hotel - so small lobby - Entrance was right off street - old cement steps . Didn’t meet any cleaning or service staff I tell our checkout Very well stocked kitchen. Love the 2 bedroom suite.

The downtown location is easy walking distance to the Vieux Ville (Old Town) and the Rue de St. Catherine where there are many places to eat, The Airport Bus stops just across the street. The staff was helpful giving directions to the Metro, making change for the Airport Bus and storing luggage prior to check in time. The kitchen was a little tried looking, but everything was in good working order.

The hotel is well-located in a safe part of town and very convenient to access the old port. Pricing is reasonable and the bedding and shower were clean but the furniture was very old, worn and stained. The overall feel was kind of dark and run down. If you're on a tight budget it's worth a consideration but I probably would pick something else.

The area was close to many things including the old port, the city hall, 2 hospitals, and a fair bit of unhoused. The night I checked in things were loud in the halls and there seemed to be a lot of kerfuffle even in the lobby. It was calm the next 2. The free laundry and lending library for utensils was great. Staff was consistently professional.
