"Incredible service — the staff here is genuinely accommodating and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted with mint tea and sweets, followed by a helpful orientation to Marrakech that really set the tone for our stay. The Riad is located inside the old city walls, in the Jewish quarter of the Medina. Yes, it’s a bit chaotic outside with mopeds, taxis, and even the occasional donkey — but that’s part of the charm and exactly why you choose to stay in the Medina. Once inside, it’s a peaceful oasis. The quiet courtyard, complete with a pool, lounge areas, pool table, and a restaurant/bar, offers a perfect retreat from the busy streets. Our room was spacious, with excellent air conditioning, a separate living room area, a refrigerator, and even a balcony overlooking the pool — a wonderful touch. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding each morning. I’d also recommend using the hotel-arranged airport transfer instead of a taxi — much smoother and more reliable. At checkout, the staff even sent us off with a delicious lunch bag for the trip home — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this Riad is an exceptional value for the quality of amenities and the level of service provided. We loved being inside the city walls — it made the experience truly unforgettable"

"One of the most beautiful resorts in Marrakech — its rating doesn’t truly reflect the level of enjoyment, exceptional service, and warm hospitality offered to guests. The rooms are modern and spacious, and every service — from housekeeping to guest relations to the pool team — is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is also impressively large, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday celebration: my room was beautifully decorated, and I was presented with a birthday cake and a lovely bouquet of flowers. It was truly a remarkable experience, and one I will definitely repeat. My only suggestion would be to introduce some entertainment activities at the pool — it’s spacious and perfectly suited for that."

"Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options. "
