Great place. Very clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They pleased guest way above the situation. We went for a late snack in the restaurant and they just closed the kitchen 9 mins after But they make sure we got our order and cook for us. Highly recommended place. I will definitely come back for future vacation

Ordered the baby back ribs and it was not ribs at all. Got terrible case of diarrhea while there. Im in the restaurant business for 47 years and i know food and food borne illness. They charged me for that pork back with spine attachment after i sent it back. Not happy with our stay at all!!!

The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great

A taste of Santorini in Batangas

Staff was lovely and accommodating. The architecture is even lovelier than in the pictures. The room is spacious and the view is breathtaking. There are also a lot of activities available like the KTV. The only con I would say is that the sheets and pillow covers need extra cleaning/ whitening as there are some visible stain marks.

My kababayans did a very good job in replicating (if I may say so) the ambiance of Santorini. The place is very clean, well organized and the staff are really wonderful. They are a big asset to this resort. I probably would stay stay longer the next time to take advantage of the different activities offered with the package and to have time to explore the whole place. I felt upon leaving that we missed a lot. GREAT JOB everyone and my friend are already planning a trip there. THANK YOU!!

Important: If u take a taxi to this hotel from Manilla, it will cost u approx. 3000P. If u take public transportation, u will have to take bus, Jeepney, and tricycle which will make u struggling unless u already have some experience. At the hotel, this limited public transportation will limits you in many perspective... However, this hotel has nice and calm environment with alwayawilling to help empmoyees. Employees of this hotel is truly a biggest asset this hotel has. Also u r into diving, ut will be a heaven for u.

Had to cancel weeks before the stay. They informed me I could re-book before the end of the year. I was planning on coming in January, which they informed me they were unable to accommodate. I changed my vacation to December. When I contacted them a month later to confirm a weekend in December, they told me they would not be honoring their promise as they no longer had any rooms available. Now, in November, I am booking another week in Mabini and they have plenty of rooms available. I booked to confirm, and cancelled. Terrible business practice. Lost my business, and all of my associates state side for this trip and every one of my future trips.

**Resort Review: A Luxurious Escape With Service Struggles** Werecently had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful resort. The setting, ambiance, and overall experience definitely reflected the resort’s premium price tag. From the stunning views to the amenities, it’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating such a relaxing place. However, while the resort itself is undeniably worth the high cost, the service was a major letdown during our stay. Unfortunately, the resort seemed to be severely understaffed, which impacted the overall service. While the staff present were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best, they were simply overwhelmed. Our room was never serviced during our stay—no fresh towels, no toiletries refills, and no bed sheet changes. This isn’t what you expect when paying a premium for a luxury experience. It’s important to note that the poor service wasn’t a reflection of the staff’s effort but rather the result of an apparent lack of adequate staffing. It was disappointing to see such a beautiful resort unable to provide the level of service they advertise, especially when so much else about the place is truly exceptional. In summary, if you're looking for a beautiful, luxurious escape, this resort offers that in spades. However, be prepared to manage some service shortcomings due to staffing issues, which might affect your overall experience. Hopefully, this can be address by the owner immediately.
