The hotel is the next best thing to be on a Greek island, yet with perfect weather in January. The rooms were extremely spacious, featuring two terraces and spectacular views.

Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else. The KTV was nice. You get 1 hour free per day. Also the massage service was great.

Great place. Very clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They pleased guest way above the situation. We went for a late snack in the restaurant and they just closed the kitchen 9 mins after But they make sure we got our order and cook for us. Highly recommended place. I will definitely come back for future vacation

The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the beach stinks. You smell it even when you are at the pool area. Makes you not want to even try going for kayak or snorkel it ruins the ambiance. Overall the place was beautiful and service was great

**Resort Review: A Luxurious Escape With Service Struggles** Werecently had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful resort. The setting, ambiance, and overall experience definitely reflected the resort’s premium price tag. From the stunning views to the amenities, it’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into creating such a relaxing place. However, while the resort itself is undeniably worth the high cost, the service was a major letdown during our stay. Unfortunately, the resort seemed to be severely understaffed, which impacted the overall service. While the staff present were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best, they were simply overwhelmed. Our room was never serviced during our stay—no fresh towels, no toiletries refills, and no bed sheet changes. This isn’t what you expect when paying a premium for a luxury experience. It’s important to note that the poor service wasn’t a reflection of the staff’s effort but rather the result of an apparent lack of adequate staffing. It was disappointing to see such a beautiful resort unable to provide the level of service they advertise, especially when so much else about the place is truly exceptional. In summary, if you're looking for a beautiful, luxurious escape, this resort offers that in spades. However, be prepared to manage some service shortcomings due to staffing issues, which might affect your overall experience. Hopefully, this can be address by the owner immediately.

The staff was nice but upon walking into the lobby immediately demanded everyone's IDs. Kids and students had no IDs and it was a big hassle. The property was in desperate need of paint refresh. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The restaurant bill could not be paid with hotel bill so had to go pay separately. The pool area is 4 levels down on 2 floors of elevator and about a 100 steps. The pool bar almost had nothing, no ice or water so was told to go up to restaurant(120 flights of steps). To get pool towels was told had to go to lobby to get a towel check out card, once again 120 flights of steps. 2000php peso cash per room required at check in as deposit. The rooms have no hot water for bath or showers.Upon leaving, they tried to bill us 500php for a bath towel that was on floor(had some dirt from foot traffic). The bath rug was literally 1 ftx2ft in a wet bathroom so had to use a towel to avoid slipping and falling. We denied that request and got full deposit back. View is nice but beach is a rocky shore and down another few steps from pool area. Only 4 lounge chairs at pool for entire resort.

the resort itself is nice and clean and the staff is great. however, the AC in the room was so loud it literally gave me a headache and not much sleep.
