The food blew me away… every cuisine we tried was on point, from flavor to drink pairings. The only spot that missed the mark for me was the Mexican restaurant — felt a little too boujee with ingredients instead of highlighting authentic flavors. But that’s me being picky because everything else? Absolute fire. Honestly, Hilton surprised me in the best way possible. Luxury, family comfort, and unforgettable memories all in one place. "We loved our experience at Bahía Príncipe Sian Kaan. The only things we would change would be to update the rooms, make the garden jacuzzis more private, and more variety of food on the room service menu. Other than that it was a beautiful experience. Roberto at the front desk was amazing so was the ladies at the spa. "
