Great communication with the staff through what's app, helped print boarding passes and booked taxi's and restaurant with them. "The hotel location was perfect. Customer service could be improved, asked for clean towel from reception on day 3 and they needed to confirm original towel were still in the room, disappointing. Would of expected YES not a problem."
