"I was not happy with the 4:00 check in, however, the front desk got a differant suite with an early check in of $20, which I did't mind. I was happy with the suite which accommodated the 3 of us. For the price, it was spacious, had a fireplace, full kitchen area, both bedrooms had their own bathroom. My only complaint would be is that the hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed badly."

"We arrived pretty late. It was close to 11 and the check-in was really easy. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and he offered us warm cookies which was something different. The next morning I asked for a later check out and the front desk was so accommodating. I got a little extra time to just relax and go to the Jacuzzi."

"Hotel staff were friendly and professional, checking in was quick. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the sliding bathroom door would get off track when closed all the way. I got stuck and couldn't open door my husband to help open from other side, had I been alone not sure how I would have gotten out. Motion sensor on sink faucet would stay on and we would have to turn water off under the sink at times. I like that hotel was pet as I travel with my Chihuahua, would be nice if there was a small grassy area for dogs. Overall stay was good."
