Very bad conditions pics doesn’t match with realit
It’s a review pics 4 stars hotel scam… maybe was in the pass but doesn’t match with the pictures. The first room that I got had humidity in the wall next to the bed and all the furniture in very bad condition, toilet as well second room no humidity but in very bad conditions noting to do since was an no refundable reservation first and last. Unfortunately Eurostar hotels are falling down.

I love that they secured the gates to the hotel by 11pm. It made me feel safe. Be warned though, the air conditioning is not allowed to function below 25 c (77•f) which was too hot for me and the water temperature varied wildly and for no reason between scalding hot and tepid warm in the same 10 minute shower. Don’t leave your little ones to shower by themselves! Other than that, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to have breakfast on site. The bacon and scrambled eggs could have been cooked longer IMO, but the fruit, juice, and bread selection was good. I enjoyed my stay.

Our non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was nothing in the mini bar, not even water in the room. The restaurant and bar were closed so nothing to eat bar what was in the vending machine, would have been nice to have known this when we booked

The hotel is in a suburban area of Madrid, close to the Getafe Centro Cercanias train and it will take you to Madrid in no time. It’s clean, excellent service and a magnificent breakfast, that is not included but it’s totally worth it.

Clean Quiet property with nice helping staff . Sadly there is no gym, no garden and it is in a middle of nowhere . But with a good Taxi you are close to Madrid

Fabulous hotel
We arrived much later at the hotel than anticipated. The front desk staff welcomed us with orange and lemon water and chocolate croissantss and apples! The check in took two minutes. Our room was fabulous, clean, and quiet - all that was needed after a transatlantic flight. The next morning, breakfast buffet passed all our expectations with variety on offer - breadrolls, cakes, drinks, savory breakfast items galore. And lotS of fruit.

Good loction for access to the big buiness in the area i was working at and onto the motoway network to get to the centre of Madrid and the airport. Good clean rooms with plenty of parking.

Don't stay here.
The only good thing about this place were the people working there. Otherwise, It is in an Industrial location in an Asian neighborhood, so it attracts lots of Asians. The floors and walls are paper thin. It didn't help that the the folks stayed up all night, speaking very loud, slamming doors and yelling at each other in the hall way. We had an Absolutely miserable time and could not sleep. It is however, 15 min to a few nice restaurants, etc., but don't plan on sleeping or even breakfast is so jammed pack of people that there was never any food left.

Large hotel lots of space at a good price.
Large hotel very friendly although we did have a drunk arguing couple as neighbours which reception weren’t very good at dealing with or making them be quiet at 1am. Clean rooms with lots of space at a good price.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were large enough - there was no gym and the bar/restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs 7-11 - really all you get here is a decent room

The property was quiet which was nice. The bed wasnt a proper bed, it cause my partner to hit his head on the wall next to him in the nights. There was lots of damp on the bathroom ceiling and rheir was what seemed to be mould on the seal to the bath/shower. I would not say it was a four star hotel. Would not stay their again by choice .

Disappointing
17min walk (no taxis) from metro station, hotel restaurant and bar closed (no advanced warnings given) for the holiday season so somewhat unwellcoming for a weary traveller. Bedroom clean but poorly appointed (no power socket at desktop, no in-room tea or coffee) Difficult to see how its displayed 4-star rating was deserved.

We stayed here over the Champions League final. It was within a reasonable taxi distance from Madrid with good local train facilities nearby to get in and out of Madrid. The hotel was clean and the room was a good size.

Good value hotel outside of Madrid. About 30 minutes to the airport even in traffic. Limited menu for food but there are a couple of options within very short walking distance. Rooms a little tired but are OK for a 1 night stay. clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Would recommend.

I stayed here as base of operations for a business trip. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were exceptionally accommodating with my very late arrival for dinner for each of my nights stay.

Breakfast was great ! In fact better than the one we paid double. Two things bothered me 1) was distance from train station and lack of clarity of direction by staff 2) service- the front desk wasn’t very helpful . We called at night, the person just said something in Spanish and the line could not be reached at all

Neighborhood is not the best train is in walking distance about 15 minutes and you can get to the plaza easy enough but to the airport it's expensive by taxi the hotel was nice room was clean we got the triple and it was comfy price was ok just wish it was in a better local

Important info for all travellers
If you are booking this hotel, make sure you put the right number of guests staying.I booked a twin bed but didnt put 2 guests in the booking instead put 1.I was charged 20 euros per night fro the second guest.All together we were three individuals, and i was hoping i can get a pullover bed,instead i was told to get another room for 59 euros for the third guest.Luckily the third guest was with us just for one night.So i paid 60 euros for second guest for three nights and 59 euros for the third guest for one night. Totally ignored upon check-in by the front desk staff even though i was the only one standing in front of them.Kept on giggling and yapping in Spanish, which I think is bad manners, if the other person doesn't know your language. 20 minutes walk to metro and another 20 minutes metro to downtown madrid.So if you want downtown then this hotel is not for you.

Room felt warm and cosy but with used and damaged furniture. Nice LCD TV with lots of channels, high speed wifi, ask for the free key for the safety deposit box. As this is located in the suburbs of Madrid, there is not much to do, no bars/restaurants or interesting walks. A car was very practical. A supermarket is about 1km away

Nice hotel near shopping and metro
The staff were nice and stored our bags when we arrived early. They told us how to find the train station that was just a 15 minute walk. an outlet mall was not far as well. We requested one queen, and one single bed but received 2 single beds and a rollaway. Other than the room setup we had no problems with our stay in Exe Getafe

The hotel was in close proximity to the hospital.
My son was a patient at the hospital in Getafe. I found the hospital was easily accessed from the hotel and close to the town of Getafe. As I didn't know how long I would need to stay I was very grateful to the hotel for all their help and willingness to accommodate my uncertain schedule. All in all, it was a very emotional and trying time, Hotel Exe Getafe did everything they could to make it easier for me. If I am in Madrid again I would not hesitate to stay there.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the station. There is a train that takes you into the heart of Madrid in about 25 mins. I would say this is not for people who want to visit Madrid as it can be quite a hike ro and from the station. other yhan that the area is generally ok.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice suburban hotel. Not much around it. Take the metro into Madrid for the evening if you have the opportunity. We were driving from Granada and Toledo and were looking for a hotel outside Madrid before an early morning flight. Traffic was awful and we just made the plane. Would recommend a hotel closer to the airport to be safe.

Lovely hotel. Four star quality. Metro is a bit of a walk but do-able. Car is better. Good wi-fi Highly recommended. Again hoof it to the metro or have a car. Great value
