Backed up drain/sewage water
When we first arrived and turned on the bathroom taps on the sink, the plumbing was so backed up that water started to flow out of the shower drain into the bathroom floor. Slime and other debris from previous guests washed back up and filled the shower floor and made the room smell disgusting. With staff on site, we could only communicate through Whatsapp and the response times were disappointing. Once I got ahold of them they informed me that they could/would not move us to another room and that they would send maintenance to look at the problem. They did not end up sending someone to fix the issue and we had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive the following afternoon (which wasted half of our travel day in Madrid). Cleaning staff were not even aware of the issue when they arrived and I had to get them to come and look in the room. If I had left without waiting they would have not entered the room to realize there was an issue. Unfortunately we were only in Madrid for 2 days and dealing with this issue ruined most of our time there. Would not recommend staying here.

It’s in a great location. But the suite itself was not very clean. The bed smelled like sweat and the towels smelled sour! It wasn’t a great place to stay.

It's a nice apartment/hotel right in the middle of everything. Minutes from the Metro and restaurants are everywhere. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed our stay. But there was one issue, which others also apparently had. There is no staff and all of the doors are electronic. But they are a "different" kind of electronic and the instructions are not exactly friendly. Others apparently also had issues because you can hear banging and frustration. And the doorknob in our room (inside) was torn from the door, obviously because someone couldn't figure it out. Here's the deal: (1) You use an app which has three options. (Assuming you find the right entryway, there are two). When they say "Fence" they mean the gate that protects the entryway door. Click open on the app, select fence, and then push the gate open. This is the easy part. (2) To open the entryway, it's labeled as "pedestrian". Click open on the app and select it but ... you will need to turn the knob FIRMLY! to the left. The knobs free-spin usually until the right code is entered. Then the knob "locks" onto the spindle and you can open the door. But the instant you release any pressure, the knob will free-spin again. (3) Same procedure for "apartment", except the knob turns to the right. Overall we were very happy. Extremely quiet, despite the aggravated guests and their doors. No fridge in case you were wondering. But we were very happy with our stay.

This spot was actually quite lovely. It was in a great location and we found it quite clean. Unfortunaltry the bed was just uncomfortable which is why we would rate it low. It dipped real low in the middle making it uncomfortable for two sleepers. If you plan on visiting here without data, we had to turn ours on to contact the staff for the wifi connection. I recommend that they have a wifi sign for their guests instead of being contacted through whatsapp.

Location and room are excellent but the checking in system with codes has many problems and it will leave you frustrated Make sure to arrive within check in hours to avoid complications .

Terrible limpieza, las sabanas estaban manchadas de sangre, el control de la TV no funcionaba, no había jabón para el baño. Es lo mas sucio y asqueroso que me ha pasado, terrible, muy mal hotel, les sugiero no ir nunca.

Pésima explicación para el check in. Llegué a la dirección y perdí 20 minutos preguntando. Era en la calle trasversal el ingreso. Encima la empresa no tiene un servicio de atención 24 horas. No los vuelvo a usar.

La relación calidad precio puede estar bien, pero acceder es muy difícil, si no sabes cómo hacerlo no tienes a nadie que te ayude, solo por teléfono o wsap. Por la noche me dio la impresión de que las habitaciones se utilizaban con otros fines que el de la estancia, y el ruido y trasiego de puertas y gente que entraba y salía no me dejaron dormir. No creo que repita.

Esto no es excusa para que los clientes no respeten las normas del alojamiento. Bom quarto e localização, isolamento ruim.
A localização do quarto era excelente! Muito perto do Palácio Real, pudemos fazer tudo a pé. Foi um pouco confuso achar a entrada, mas nao acho que foi responsabilidade do anfitrião. O check-in foi muito fácil, muito bom o sistema todo eletrônico de fechaduras. A comunicação antes foi boa, embora para esclarecer as dúvidas tenha demorado um pouco. O unico ponto mais desagradável foi o isolamento de ruído, dava pra ouvir tudo que acontecia no quarto ao lado, o que prejudica um pouco a privacidade.

Calidad precio buena
Una habitación pequeña pero bonita y cómoda, minimalista. Era muy bonita, junto con el baño. Terraza no teníamos, la ventana daba a un patio interior abandonado, el cual no transmitía mucha seguridad. Muy innovador el tema de entrar a la habitación, con la aplicación para abrir la valla de fuera, la puerta y el apartamento. Si te quedas sin batería en el móvil, lo luedes hacer con el Código que te facilitan en la app. La cama era cómoda pero la almohada muy blanca y se hundía fácilmente. Además, la sábana tenía una mancha marrón como de sudor. Como aspecto a mejorar, creo que al ser un viaje en pareja, no estaría mal que la mesa fuera un poco más grande y sobre todo, que tuvieran dos sillas. Una mini nevera tampoco habría estado mal. En general, me quedo con que por el precio ofertado, estuvo bastante bien, ya que estás a escasos 4 minutos de la estación de Ópera.

La posizione è strategica per chi vuole muoversi a piedi, a due passi dalla metro Opera e Sol, a 3 minuti da piazza Mayor. Letto comodissimo e camera silenziosa. Unico neo, manca il sapone in bagno (che era per disabili quindi ottimo per chi ne ha bisogno). Comodissimo accedere con i codici e senza check in. Super consigliato

Posizione strategica
Posizione davvero strategica, a 10 minuti dal Palazzo Reale, da Plaza Mayor e Puerta del Sol ad un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza è pulita, nuova e confortevole. Due piccole pecche: le stanze non so per niente insonorizzate e si sentono gli altri ospiti; checkin non facilissimo (diverse email con le istruzioni, app da scaricare, ecc.. per chi arriva di notte non è il massimo!)

Tiene llaves electrónicas, al tratar de entrar, el sistema de la llave fallo y no pudimos entrar, nos quedamos afuera por más de 3 horas, hablé por teléfono al encargado y nadie jamás me contesto, tuve que esperar afuera en el frío hasta que otro huésped salió y abrió. Me contestaron 3 días después. También pedí ayuda porque el baño se tapó y nadie me ayudo, tuve que ir a comprar herramienta y contratar a alguien por mi cuenta

La habitación estaba muy bien, pero la puerta de acceso al edificio tenía la cerradura reventada y daba sensación de inseguridad. También tuvimos la mala suerte de que la segunda noche hacia las 3 p. m. entraron otros huéspedes muy ruidosos y en estado de embriaguez y armaron mucho follón durante un rato. Deberían cuidar un poco más la insonorización. Por lo demás, todo muy fácil.

Ficamos hospedados por 3 dias e simplesmente amamos! Ótima localização, funcionários nos ajudaram com check-in antecipado, quarto impecável e super confortável. Se voltarmos a Madri, com certeza escolherei novamente.
