The hotel is centrally located, which was helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. Unfortunately the elevators broke down during our stay, but were fixed fairly quickly. Novotel Madrid Center
Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places ...
