"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. "Booked this hotel due to the proximity to Surabaya airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which was great. Rooms were comfortable with AC. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of food when the bathroom fan was left on. Not much in terms of the local surrounding area. When we called for room service at 6pm they said it was closed. But if you need a hotel close to the airport then this is the one."
