"We had a truly perfect stay ! Although we encountered a few issues during our trip, Nancy handled everything masterfully. A big shout-out to her for her efficiency, professionalism, and care. A huge thank you as well to the entire W team, with a special mention to Pei Pei and Vivi, who were amazingly helpful and made our stay extra special. We couldn't have asked for better service. We will definitely be back!"

"We had the loveliest stay at Explorar. The food, staff, beach, accommodations and building is incredible. The only feedback is to inquire guest preferences (smoking or non). We were given the only ocean front room with a partial balcony, and spent every single day out ok the balcony so that was unfortunate, but the kicker was that The smoking area was right below us. We are two very health conscious non-smokers, who religiously use the gym and take care of ourselves. It was too bad to have such a small balcony for people that used it and have to breath in heavy amounts of smoke almowt every use. Two unfortunate things that are very easily fixable imo. Just inquire to guests if theyโre non-smoking and make sure their room is away from the designated smoking space. Otherwise absolutely amazing stay. Minn was incredible!"

"Had a fantastic stay for 8 nights with family of 4. Highlights included access to water sports including sailing, very friendly and helpful staff, particularly for managing our food allergies at breakfast and other meals, the villa with pool, and beach. A great place to relax and unwind."

"We stayed in the connecting room, except for bath area everything else was spacious and good. Nothing fancy but functional. I used the laundry and found washing machines were mouldy, for the amount they charge for laundry service I would except good maintenance But it was gross! Breakfast was decent but could be better. Location was good close to convenient store. 15 min walk to Fishermen Village and other restaurants. There was construction happening in the pool area so we could not completely enjoy the beach view and full pool facility. Which was a disappointment as we were not aware of this until we did the checkin. Overall it was a decent stay."
