"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."

"The hot water came out in white color which cannot be used in room no.1, i think it was the water heater problem since cold water is clear. The Wifi is good as it seems to have indoor antenna. The laundry machine can let people set their own password for picking up the cleaned clothes, it is good."

"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!!
