Lighting in room, as in most hotels, did not have a bright option so hard to see detail in mirrors etc. Bar small - never used the restaurant. Courtyard they promote is very small. Staff very accommodating. Would recommend but overall atmosphere felt a little pretentious and not relaxing in the public areas."

"Good location not too far from the main sites but with the advantage of being in a quieter area. We basically needed somewhere to sleep as we were out sightseeing most of the day and so did not use the hotel facilities or try the food there. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However it doesn’t feel like a 4* hotel for the following reasons- room furniture and bathroom dated and looks old/worn, very cheap toiletries provided and a poor selection of amenities, no complementary water in the room (not even a couple of bottles when you first arrive). We didn’t really interact with the staff but on the first night I mentioned the safe was not working and we needed an iron. There was no response and we had to request the iron again in the morning. "

All around, this hotel delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and genuinely grateful for the experience."
