"Lovely views from the restaurants. Problem is getting to them requires an elevator & they are awful!! Plan @ least 10 minutes to call and get where you want to go. Need to meet a cab at 9:30? Leave your room by 9:20 or you’ll be late! Housekeeping for sleeping rooms is fantastic! Like the coffee machines in the hall on each floor. "

"The hotel itself is great but the room service staff was comically bad. Orders would take longer than one hour to arrive, items were ALWAYS missing. One time they called us at 1:30am to confirm our breakfast order (waking us up!) and then still got the order wrong 😂 really odd in a 5 star hotel. "

"Even though the hotel was great, there was an issue of safety with one of our mates that we were traveling along with, he had money stolen from his backpack by the one of the cleaning staff, he reported it, talked ton police, and later the girl confessed, and gave the money back. We had never experienced this in the past, it was the first time. This did happen Thursday May 23rd of 2024."

"We arrived at Cape Town airport at 21:00 hrs. having set off from the UK at 06:00 hrs. collected our hire car then a two minute drive to hotel with secure parking, help with our luggage a quick check in small but functional room spotlessly clean room and washing facilities the towels quality was good comfortable beds so a good nights sleep. The standard of breakfast was poor and we won’t use it again "
