Al Safa hotel
The room service was very very bad, toilet flush blocked twice, shower door was broken and there was no microwave at all. The location was also not absotoulely good. The shuttle bus was crazy. Once dropped and never came back to pick up back. We were waiting for long...but never come back. The Internet ...

Address Jabal Omar Makkah
⸻ Address Jabal Omar is a new hotel, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Even after the drop-off by the Jabal Omar shuttle bus, the hotel is not within the Haram area, and you still have to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach the Masjid.
