"I booked a corner suite on a high floor, the view was nice, clean and spacious. There is plenty of areas to plug in charging receptacles. The front terrace of the hotel was well kept there was no snow despite heavy snowfall. Amenities were in the front desk which included a wide variety of teas, a 5 step facial cleaner, razor for shaving, and hair ties. Breakfast is buffet style with a wide variety of food options which I found to be the highlight of the hotel. Bathroom is very nice and spacious although one problem I ran in to was the water in the shower would run hot then turn luke warm and back to hot. Minor inconvenience. Maybe a bit of walk from the station in the snow. Overall a good option of hotel to stay in Sapporo."

"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist.
The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "

Tidy but there was still hair in the bathtub. However, staff quickly changed the room for me.
