Hotels with Air Conditioning in Malapascua Island

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The resort in general was well maintained and had everything we needed - a nice section of beach with loungers etc, little foot pools in front of each room to wash the sand off, snorkel gear for hire, a restaurant serving a huge range of food (maybe too much) etc. Note that they will refill a water bottle for a small charge so you can reduce your plastic use. If you need small items like sunscreen, snacks etc there is an alley to the village...

From the moment we arrived at Buena Vida, we were treated like royalty. All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. October is a very quiet time of year so there weren't many guests there. The breakfast each morning was freshly prepared al a carte (amazing bacon). Because the weather was quite poor, we enjoyed 3 of the free sessions of yoga and a number of good quality spa sessions. Receptionist able to arrange porter service from hotel to ferry point at only P50 (Nov 2018) and top up drinking water (1 litre at P50 - Nov 2018). Swimming pool clean every day. House keeping service daily. Room spacious with safe and toiletries. WiFi is good. Only problem with water for shower - smelly

Stayed for 4 night in october 2014. we took the fan room as a couple. It was ok. I ddnt take the scuba course with them but i liked the fact that scuba suits are not rip here and there for the students to use Base from my observation. Ddnt look cool having a ripped scuba on the photos from the famous TSD where we took the course. More on private as they dnt have a beach front but just half a minute away from the front beach.

Amazing location and view. Very spacious and friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
