The Monarch Hotel
Lenox Hotel
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (160)
"I’ve stayed at the Lenox many times. The food in the restaurant is good and a good variety. Their service is fast and they’re very courteous. The beds are average, but rooms are very clean and modern. My only complaints are the inconsistent hot water in the shower. I don’t want hot water on a hot day, but you can’t get anything but cold. Slightly warmer would be nice. The sing in the bathroom said the hot water is solar heated, that must not work at night. The other issue is, they have...

River Palm Hotel and Resort powered by Cocotel
3.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Food is great but I wished they have more options to choose from specially for breakfast or a different menu each day. Travel time on nearest town is not bad at all, about 15 to 20mins drive. Laundry service is a bit pricey. They kept the place clean and they also have a nice pool. Staff are excellent and helpful with everything and we had a great time during our stay. Will definitely come back and stay here again! "

Value Star Inn
2.0 star property

"The staff was helpful when checking in. The room offered two beds and was clean. It's not the most comfortable bed but it's decent. Seem a bit of a hassle to get in and out of but you at least have access to a free parking compared to the other places. I'm not sure if they offered room service but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the property. If you're on a budget, it's actually a pretty good place to stay. The area is located in a high traffic area which I don't...

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"Overall the hotel is great and definitely a nice place in the middle of the fields. I definitely come back here. Only comment is they need to make it standard to clean and service the rooms daily. Twice during my week stay I arrive in the afternoon with my bed and bathroom looking the same when I left in the morning. I have been in many hotels worldwide and usually, a guest would request for their rooms NOT to be made and not the other way around. Plus the management should have ample supplies,...

"Swimming pool closed with no reason given, so breach of my booking contract as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Many ceramic floor tiles in hallways and room are broken causing tripping hazards. . Filthy shower areas. Broken shower screens. Leaking toilets. Broken room furniture. Exposed redundant wiring and damaged paintwork on walls and ceilings No hot water in bathroom sinks. Shower heads filthy and not functioning correctly. Broken toilet seats. No...
