"My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. "Nous avons passé un séjour parfait au bord d'une mer chahuteuse mais féerique. L'hôtel est juste parfait pour des moments en famille, loin de la cohue des animations et des musiques assourdissantes. "Can I say Excellent!!!! Manis and his staff was perfect. I got help with whatever I needed and whatever I didn’t understand as an English only speaker, they were quick to translate and explain.This trip was my first time in Europe and I felt very safe as a solo traveler. I slept with my balcony door open because it was so cool and I never needed the a/c. Yes there is a charge for usage but it was not needed during my stay. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. I would recommend a stay here and I will definitely be back next year. "

"Lovely food and plenty of options - easy parking and Malia town was lovely- all inclusive drinks were good quality - can pay extra for more expensive options . It’s was very tidy but room cleaning is sparodic . We had a superior swim up room which was very nice but would choose a room further away from the pool bar next time and we had very noisy neighbours ( not the hotels fault- but couldn’t change rooms so lack of sleep ruined it a little for us) Would definitely go back"

"Amazing holiday experience at this hotel: super tasty food, extensive choice of drinks and cocktails, super attentive and welcoming staff. Cannot thank you enough: attention to all guests, all staff goes extra mile, excellent service. My mum had a birthday and a treat was waiting for her in the room. No request is a trouble for staff. Thank you very much!"

"Couldn’t rate this property highly enough , it was absolutely beautiful !! Everything was brand new & absolutely stunning design , by far the nicest villa we’ve stayed in . The owners couldn’t do enough for us kept it touch regularly, cleaned frequently , brought us fresh juice & fruit , even gave us a gift as we left !! Would 100% definitely go back !! "
